Jake Grizzard, Project Manager:

Bachelor in Science in Building Construction Management, with 9 years of experience in all phases of construction. Functions as a project manager with advanced knowledge in construction planning methods, budget management and contract negotiations.

Melissa Marbury, Project Coordinator:

Bachelor in Arts in Public Relations and Advertising, with 4 years combined work experience in the marketing, communications, and business administration field. Specializes in pay requests, change orders, permitting and maintaining relationships with design team, subcontractors and field personnel.

State of Florida Certified Building Contractor. 19 years of combined work experience in the construction industry, specializing in all phases of the project including on-site job coordination, safety management and quality control.

Bill Miller, Superintendent:

State of Florida Certified Building Contractor with 35 years of experience in construction. Bill has supervised more than 50 projects in his career, with advanced knowledge of construction scheduling, cost control and a demonstrated ability to control and supervise large groups.
